Begin your neurographical journey in this deeply meditative and intuitive class, where art meets healing. In Part 1, we’ll explore the foundations of Neurographic Art, a mindful drawing technique that transforms thoughts and emotions into flowing, interconnected lines. You’ll be guided through creating your personal visual map using a blend of neuroscience principles, intention-setting and linework.

This class is designed to help you release inner tension, access clarity and make space for transformation. No drawing experience required.

In Part 2 of our Neurographic Flow series, we’ll take your completed line drawing and bring it to life with expressive watercolor techniques. Through soft washes, vibrant blends and intuitive color choices, you’ll enhance your neurographic design to reflect your inner landscape and growth.

This class is about integration, transformation and creative freedom—layering beauty and meaning into your work. You’ll walk away with a fully completed piece that’s both visually striking and deeply personal.

You’ll learn:

• Watercolor techniques for blending, transparency and movement
• Color theory to support emotional expression
• How to follow your intuition when applying paint
• Finishing and sealing your piece with intention
